ITMark RELAIS Project

RELAIS is a multilateral initiative sponsored by the Multilateral Investment Fund of the Inter-American Development Bank, which seeks to promote the improvement of the competitiveness of the software industry in Latin America and Caribbean, by incorporating quality models in the software development process of SMEs in order to ensure the quality of their products and services.

This project was developed in Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. The co-executors are the National Chamber of Industry (CANACINTRA) of Mexico, The Association for Promotion of Brazilian Software Excellence (SOFTEX) and the ESICenter Sinertic Andino in Colombia. The Chamber of Commerce of Lima (CCL) is the regional coordinator of the project.

Specifically, the project seeks to implement the following components:. I) Consolidation of the technological bases and program governance ii) Professional and institutional capacities developed, iii) Models Mps Br / MoProSoft / ITMark implemented, iv) Monitoring designed, strategy on sustainability agreed and dissemination executed.

Thus, it seeks to have obtained 60 new ITMark certified companies at the end of the project.
