Being one of the companies that took part and are nowdays certified, is an achieved bussines goal for Informática y Tributos S.A.S.
We count on a good advice since the moment this certification process began, and that was very important to guide us in this process.
We began evaluating the current state of the company and then we defined action plans that allowed us to organize the business, technical processes and the different areas of the company.
The organizational change was identified through the progress of the certification, since the processes, procedures, formats and designs for different areas of the company were established.
ITmark Certification allowed us to identify deficiencies and, based on action plans, they were solved according to the defined methodology, contributing to the internal improvement of the company.
