ISL carried out the ITMark certification project supported by Tecnalia Colombia, achieving successfully the certification audit.
The implementation of ITMark model has allowed ISL to strengthen their administrative and operational internal processes, improving our capacity for planning, monitoring and evaluation of the activities.
The support and monitoring made by Tecnalia Colombia, through its consultants and regular meetings, encouraged us to continue the process and provided us with valuable ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations.
Obtaining certification ITMark provided us a benchmark that gives confidence to our customers in the interest of ISL to be better every day.
