What is ITmark?

ITmark is a certification system specifically designed for IT SMEs.

How can I get a certification?

The first step is to contact with one of our ITmark consultants through this form. Thereafter the consultant will know the needs of your company and how to deploy IT mark in your organisation.

How long do I have to invest in the certification process?

The process is very simple, and does not usually take more than one week.

How long is valid the certification?

ITmark certification is valid for three years. After the first year there is a review of the certification to check your progress and verify if the company is following the guidelines in improving their processes. If the review is successful ITmark is valid for two years more.

Why ITmark is targeted specifically for SMEs?

Most of the models that there are in the market are focused on large companies and organizations, and therefore they are not easily applicable to a small scale, apart from their high costs. ITmark assessments focus specifically on the needs of SMEs and their business models, their costs are very low and the evaluation process is very comfortable and fast.

Which areas of my business takes into account ITmark?

ITmark evaluates and certifies the three major areas of competitiveness of SMEs: Software Systems, Security and Business.

Why is recognized internationally?

IT mark is based on internationally recognized models such as CMMI, EFQM, SPICE, ten-squared and ISO 27000. It is also present in 16 countries and has an international network of evaluators.

Is it ITmark compatible with other models?

ITmark is compatible with models sucha as Moprosoft, mpsBr and ISO 15504.
